Processing & shipping: Orders ship in 7 to 10 business days via USPS. Weather, holidays, high demand, or a shipping/billing address mismatch may extend this. We'll reach out by email, text, or phone if your order is affected.

International orders: Allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks. Shipped USPS Flat Rate. Customs fees, taxes, and duties are the customer's responsibility, and customs requires the retail value be listed on the package.

Order changes: Please review your order carefully before checkout. For your protection, we can't change payment, address, style, or size once an order is placed.

Returns & exchanges: All sales are final. Exchanges for store credit only, with notice to Customer Care within 7 days and items in new condition with original packaging and packing slip. Store credit is valid 15 days. Discounted and sale items are final sale.
