General

We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.

Product Information

All items are custom made after purchase. Due to the volume and pace of orders placed daily, we are unable to accommodate size change request at this time.

Delivery

Due to extremely high demand purchased items will be shipped within 7-10 business days of the order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery to arrive. Government observed holidays, inclement weather conditions and Sundays (when Post Offices are closed) impact timeframe. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify support@deathbeforedesigners.com as shipping times vary with product availability. You will receive an email when your order has been confirmed and ready to ship.

Customers and/or purchases that do not qualify as Seller Protection Eligible within PayPal's system will experience shipping delays due to extended order verification process; ineligible purchases will be subject to shipment at the discretion of Death Before Designers™.

Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks shipping time for international orders.

Prices, Shipping & Handling Charges

All orders are shipped via USPS. Rates are calculated through USPS calculator. International orders are shipped USPS Flat Rate, all applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the retail cost of your order directly on your package. Please contact support@deathbeforedesigners.com if you have any questions.

Product Availability

Although availability may be indicated on our website, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products that have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

Sale Price Adjustments

If an item you have purchased is reduced in price within 24 HOURS of your order date, it is at the company's discretion to give a price adjustment.

Return Policy

Due to rapidly changing inventory, item can only be returned or exchanged for store credit. All sales are final. No refunds. 

All exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Notice must be given to support@deathbeforedesigners.com within 7 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the packing slip and merchandise return form completed. Any store credit we issue will be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Death Before Designers™ is not responsible for shipping charges for returns. Please note: all orders processed with a discount code or sale price are final sale and may not be returned.

Colors

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and/or mobile device, we cannot guarantee that your viewing device's display of any color will be accurate.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Death Before Designers™ harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

 

Termination

This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Death Before Designers™. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Death Before Designers™ also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Death Before Designers™'s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or Death Before Designers™, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
